Sports Zone is not just a website operation but an actual retail sports store, and has been serving walk-in customers since 1993. For those customers who have the luxury of personally visiting our store, we have the ability to try on a variety of equipment to ensure proper fit and comfort. We offer equipment sizing for gear, apparel and accessories for various team sports such as hockey, soccer, baseball, football, ringette, lacrosse, field hockey, figure staking and more! Our apparel, accessories and gear includes composite sticks, goalie products, jocks, under garments, inline skates, baseball bats and gloves, cleats, batting gloves, catcher equipment, baseballs, helmets, training aids, umpire products and more! Our apparel includes jackets, pants, sliding shorts, footwear, licensed apprael, huskies, teamwear and other miscellaneous clothing products.

Unfortunately that same fitting service is not capable when selling to online customers in terms of properly sizing and fitting gear to the individual. As a result we are more then happy to try and guide customers with information towards ordering from the right size from the right manufacturer. Online customers need to understand we are only trying to be helpful, and it’s solely an expressed opinion and only meant to assist the customer in hopefully selecting the right equipment they are looking to purchase.

We strongly suggested our online customers visit the various hockey equipment manufacturer’s website provided on our site to research the manufacturers sizing specifications and recommendations. The individual manufactures are the utmost authority on their product line when it comes to their equipment features, specifications, and sizing recommendations.

Although we will be happy to work with online customers to exchange items in the event that the wrong size has been purchased, it will be the responsibility of the purchasing customer to bear the return and replacement shipping costs in such a situation.
