The Vaughn Velocity VX1 Pro Carbon Senior Goalie Catcher is aimed at the elite-level goaltender seeking an ultra-protective, quick-closing glove that’s game-ready right off the shelf. With a break angle similar to a CCM 600 closure, this catcher combines the best of comfort and high-impact resistance.
Constructed using Pure Carbon layering in the palm, thumb, backhand, and cuff, the glove delivers top-tier durability while remaining lightweight. The reinforced Shock Shield palm and thumb base enhance protection and longevity without compromising on closure speed. A carbon-reinforced split “T” pocket creates the perfect hybrid of wide, deep puck control and snappy response.
Internally, breathable mesh finger stalls and a neoprene lining provide superior comfort and moisture-wicking performance.
