In-Store Shopping Information

Our shop is now officially operating under reduced hours and limited capacity. Shopping appointments are available but not neccessary, and can be reserved using the side toolbar on our website - drop by customers will still be allowed into the store. Wearing a mask inside while shopping is not required but is encouraged as it is a primary peice of protective equipment involved in reducing the spread of COVID-19 and keeping the store environment safe.   

Contactless Equipment Sizing Technology

Cutting edge technologies from Bauer such as the 3D Skate Scanner, and Myfit App allow us to find the sizes and models of equipment accurately in a contactless manor. These programs are tools in our shop that scan exact measurements of the body from a safe distance in order to provide accurate information for sizing. 

Social Distanced Protective Equipment

We have made changes to our store to help promote safety rules and help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Plexi glass bariers are found around front cash desks, customer service desks, and our service department to reduce risks throughout close contact processes of shopping. Also, floor stickers ensure customers shopping in-store are staying the recommended 6-foot minimum distance away from eachother.  

How About Trying On Equipment?

In terms of customers coming in direct contact with equipment when trying it on, we take many precautions to enforce safety. Customers must sanitize with the provided bottle of sanitizer at the front doors, and wear protective glovewear (provided) when trying on any equipment like hockey gloves or baseball gloves. Any piece of equipment worn by a customer tha is not purchased will be set aside off the main floor for 48 hours.

Our staff members are wearing protective masks in order to keep themselves and customers safe. These masks help promote clean air during your Sports Zone shopping experience. Custom masks like these are also available in store and online.
