Refunds go back to the original payment method. Shipping is non-refundable.

Exclusions

Used, clearance, and custom/special orders are generally final sale.

How to Return an Item

Email info@sportszonecanada.com or call 519-725-8643 to request a return/exchange. Then ship your item to:

  • Include a signed note with the reason and your original receipt.
  • Use a service with signature required for tracking/confirmation.

In-Store Purchases

Returns must be completed within 14 days in original, unused condition with packaging and receipt.

  • Bring the item, packaging, and proof of purchase.
  • Exchanges subject to inventory availability.
  • Management may make exceptions at its discretion.

Refunds

A credit for the original purchase amount (excluding shipping) is refunded to your original payment method.

If your order shipped free, our actual shipping costs may be deducted when the item is returned.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Exchanges

Items in like-new condition can be exchanged for a different size or colour. Standard shipping rates apply.

Exclusions: Used merchandise, clearance/final-sale items, and custom or special orders are not returnable. Any item marked oversize/overweight may carry additional shipping fees.
