These skates are a 2019 Sports Excellence exclusive, based off of the Bauer X2.9 model, with upgrades added to it as well. To start, the 2019 Bauer Vapor XLXT Pro + Senior Hockey Skates feature an upgraded fibre composite quarter package, and lock-fit liner. The upgraded tongue on the XLTX Pro + skates is a pro stock 48oz 3-peice felt with an injected matarsal guard. The footbed is upgraded to a pro TPU outsole with pet film for greater energy transfer and stability. These skates feature TUUK LS3+ Black Steel blades. Lastly, the XLXT Pro+ skates feature the same asymmetrical toe caps found on the Vapor 2X skates. If you're looking for a top notch skate and a good bang for your buck, then these skates are for you.
