BAUER S20 SUPREME 3S INTERMEDIATE BLOCKER

Brand new for 2020 is the Bauer Supreme 3S Intermediate Goalie Blocker. The Supreme 3S Blocker is for the advanced level goaltender. Replacing the Supreme S29, it has many beneficial designs from the past and comes packed with new technologies similar to its top end relative, the Supreme Ultrasonic.

Starting off with finger protection, the 3S has been upgraded to have pro level protective coverage that is found on the Ultrasonic Blocker. This finger protection brings improved adjustability in terms of the padding's distance from the fingers. Poron and Shocklite materials are used in the hand and finger protection of the blocker to ensure quality impact absorption. The side protection found on the 3S Blocker is going to be similar in profile to the 2S Pro Blocker. This area of the glove is also comprised of Shocklite material.

In terms of external materials, the Supreme 3S is gonna come equipped with C.O.R.Tech ST (Coefficient of Restitution Technology). This skin is also found on Bauer's goalie pads and is extremely durable when it comes to hard shots. This material also has responsive qualities that help with getting rebounds far out from the crease. Internal materials found on the inside of the glove are a combination of Shocklite materials and Shocklite board. This combination of Shocklite makes for a stiff, durable blocker core that comes packed with supreme pop.

The cuff on the 3S is a Free Floating Cuff design. Also used on the 2S Pro, this cuff allows for a large range of wrist motion and manueverability when deflecting shots. The palm material on the 3S blocker will be very similar to its big brother, the Supreme Ultrasonic. The palm is a 14.5" classic QUATTRO Palm, but has been thinned out to increase connection and control with the stick. Thermomax liner is found on the 3S, which is a key material in absorbing excess sweat that interferes with stick grip.
