The 2025 Bauer Vapor FlyLite Shoulder Pads represent the pinnacle of speed-focused hockey protection. The low-profile shoulder caps feature DC Tech foam inserts wrapped in Hyperlite foam covers, combining comfort, impact resistance, and superior durability. At the core of the pad, Bauer integrates an advanced floating sternum protector constructed with CURV composite material — offering pro-level protection with a lightweight, flexible build. On the back, a molded spine with PE foam inserts ensures key zone protection, while molded CURV composite bicep guards provide locked-in arm protection that stays in place during intense gameplay.
