VAUGHN SLR PRO CARBON SENIOR CHEST & ARM
The Ventus SLR Pro Carbon chest & arm protector maintains the feel of the Ventus LT98 chest & arm, while making nice coverage, protection and mobility improvements. The unit, like all of Vaughn's high-end equipment, is made in Canada with high-density foam internals designed to provide the goaltender with lightweight protection.
The SLR Pro Carbon has been reinforced with carbon fiber in the sternum plate and lower torso, to add substantial protection without adding lots of weight. Large, squared-up shoulder floaters reinforced with high-density foam and large, adjustable air cushion pads are added for increased protection and net coverage.
The torso features a large, floating stomach pad made with ultra-high density foam and carbon fiber to allow the goaltender to crouch without interference. The pad extends the chest pad length and has a length adjustment for a custom fit.
Lastly, the SLR Pro Carbon uses Aero-Space mesh to ensure flex and provide better ventilation to reduce heat buildup, providing quick drying and comfort.
