The Bauer 4500 Helmet Combo features dual density foam padding, creating a traditional fit inside the helmet. Many players enjoy this classic foam padding that Bauer has used for years, giving them the snug, classic fit they are looking for. The 4500 uses a dual density liner, found between the helmet’s shell and the thick layer of foam padding, adding extra resistance to head impact.

The dual ridge crown highlights the helmet’s construction, providing increased protection and comfort. On the outside of the 4500, the two-piece shell provides venting areas on the front, sides, and back, giving the helmet a sleek look while keeping your head cool during those fast-paced games. And the Ergo translucent ear covers provide a little extra protection for an area that helmet structures neglect.

The two-piece model also gives you the option to personalize the fit of the helmet. The quick tool adjustment feature allows you to easily unscrew the shell and expand or contract the helmet to give you the right fit for your head size.

A Bauer 4500 cage is also included in this model. The PROFILE II facemask features a classic design profile and flat shape, with enhanced visual areas using oval wire. The PROFILE II uses a dual density floating chin cup with moisture channels for increased comfort throughout the game.
